Dr. James Bodoh was born in Butternut, WI. He moved to the La Crosse area in 2004 to attend the University of Wisconsin La Crosse earning his undergraduate degree in Biology with a Chemistry minor. Dr. Jim received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN.
Jim and his wife were fortunate to be able to return to the Coulee Region so he could start practicing Chiropractic Care. In 2011 he opened River City Chiropractic along with Dr. Corey Harris. Dr. Jim’s passion for chiropractic began when he was a sophomore in High School and he tore his hamstring playing basketball. His Chiropractor helped him rehab from his injury and he was able to return to playing basketball faster than the doctors expected. Dr. Jim saw how his Chiropractor helped him heal from his sports related injury quickly and this motivated him to want to help others do the same. During treatments for his own injuries, he was able to see the benefits of combining Chiropractic Care with simple rehab exercises and that has helped shaped how he treats patients. Dr. Jim has also taken extra classes in a low force technique called Activator and holds a certificate in Nutrition Counseling, all of which he uses to help patients live a healthier more pain free life.

Meet Dr. Mindy
Dr. Mindy was born and raised in La Crosse, WI. She graduated from Logan High School and went to undergraduate school at both the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. She then pursued her chiropractic education at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where she graduated in 2011.
Dr. Mindy and Family
Dr. Mindy grew up going to the Chiropractor regularly. She has seen the benefits throughout her whole life. Dr. Mindy knew she wanted to be in a medical field that allowed her to help people. She loved natural health, nutrition, and knew what great benefits chiropractic care had, so she decided to pursue Chiropractic with intent to help others to feel their best and teach about living a healthy lifestyle.
Dr. Mindy is married to her husband Matt and they have three children; Lily, Gavin, and Halle. Having three children close together also gave Dr. Mindy insight on the benefits of Chiropractic and pregnancy. She felt relief first hand while dealing with the discomfort that can coincide with growing a baby. She loves helping moms through their pregnancy and postpartum transitions.
Outside of taking care of patients, Dr. Mindy enjoys time with her family. She loves to hike and explore our beautiful area. She enjoys a good house project and gets very excited talking about home renovations and design. Golf, skiing, and yoga are also things she spends time doing.
